Dr. Mark Broomhead

Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Mark Broomhead is an accomplished clinician and dental leader who owned and operated a successful multi-site practice before joining P1 Dental Partners. He was part of P1’s founding transaction in December 2020 and has since taken on a leadership role supporting clinical excellence across the organization. Known for his practical insight and mentorship, Dr. Broomhead helps shape P1’s provider-led culture and growth strategy.

Graham Cherrington

CEO

Graham Cherrington is a seasoned executive with extensive experience leading healthcare facilities and service organizations, including in multi-site healthcare. He brings deep expertise in operational management, strategic planning, and P&L leadership, with a proven ability to build collaborative, goal-oriented teams. Graham joined P1 in the fall of 2024 to help scale operations and strengthen organizational performance across the partnership network.

Jon Gregoire

COO

Jon Gregoire leads operations at P1 Dental Partners, bringing hands-on experience from every facet of dental practice management. Having worked his way up from accounting, to overseeing multi-site operations, to owning a dental group – Jon understands the business from the ground up. He joined P1 at the end of 2021 following the integration of his 10-location dental group and now drives operational efficiency and support across all practices.

Patrick Malloy

Founder & Chief Development Officer

Patrick Malloy is a healthcare and digital transformation executive with a focus on optimizing provider practice management groups and developing new ventures in the health IT space. As the founder of P1 Dental Partners, he combines industry insight with entrepreneurial experience from leading a dental software business serving DSOs and independent practices nationwide. Patrick continues to guide P1’s growth strategy and new partnership development, and champions culture throughout the organization.

Shane Rodgers

CFO

Shane Rodgers is an experienced finance executive with a strong background in accounting, financial strategy, and multi-site healthcare operations. His career spans global public companies and private equity-backed businesses, where he has led high-impact financial transformations and strategic growth initiatives. Shane joined P1 in October 2023 and oversees the company’s financial strategy and performance.

Trish Keena

VP of Dental Hygiene Operations

Trish Keena is a results-driven business leader with deep clinical expertise in dental hygiene and group practice operations. She is passionate about building and empowering high-performing teams, elevating patient care, and advancing the hygiene profession within the group practice model. Joining in April 2024, Trish leads initiatives to enhance clinical quality at P1, and to strengthen team engagement across partner practices.
